Galway High Court PI Callover 20th December 2023

Dear Colleagues,

There will be a positive callover (hybrid) of all cases set down for the Galway High Court Personal Injuries List on 20th December 2023 at 10.30 a.m. Click here to view the list and remote hearing links.

Be aware that:

• As this will be a positive callover, non-attendance by legal representatives to call on a case will result in the Notice of Trial being struck out.
• No applications to adjourn to the next list by consent should be made to the Registrar before this callover.
• Applications for adjournments may result in the notice of trial being struck out.
• Prior to 11 January 2024, a list will be published of trials, motions and applications (as was done for the last sessions) with a view to facilitating parties, practitioners and witnesses and to use the resources at Galway Courthouse as best as possible.
• Legal Representatives for the parties should be in a position to inform the Court of information it requires. Further details on this in the above link.
