2024 CPD Requirements

Dear Colleagues,

Happy New Year. Please click here to view the 2024 CPD Requirements. The categories of CPD have changed – see summary below:

1. Solicitors must complete 25 hours of CPD.
2. Up to 80% (twenty hours) may be undertaken online.
3. At least 20% (five hours) must be undertaken in-person.
4. At least 3 hours shall be in the category of Client Care and Professional Standards (if you are a sole practitioner, compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner then at least 1 hour shall be accounting and anti-money laundering compliance).
5. At least 5 hours shall be in the category of Professional Development and Solicitor Wellbeing.
