The President of the Law Society of Ireland, Maura Derivan invites you to a special event to mark International Women’s Day 2023, held in collaboration with the Irish Women Lawyers Association. Please see invite below:

2023 marks the centenary of the admission of the first women to the Roll of Solicitors. We are mindful of the importance of representation for the trailblazers in our profession, past, present and future. To reflect this, our International Women’s Day event this year will also mark the launch of our centenary commemorations.

Join us on 8 March to explore the theme ‘Reflecting on the past 100 years, navigating the next 100’. Full details of speakers will be announced soon.
