Following on from the announcement over the weekend regarding the waiving of all fees associated with Special Exemption Orders until the end of April 2022, please note that as per all previous announcements regarding the waiver of licensing fees, we cannot act upon this announcement until the SI (Statutory Instrument) is signed and we are provided with a commencement date.

All fees must continue to be collected for all SEO applications until the SI is signed and commencement date is provided,

Refunds will issue in due course once the SI is signed.  The refund process will be a lot faster if applications are made through CSOL. ( Courts Service On Line).
