Message from the County Registrar

Dear Colleagues,

Please note the County Registrar’s December Motion Court will take place on the 9th December. There is no Repossession Court in December.

Please note that as and from January 2025

1. Family Law Motions will continue at 10am on the fourth Monday of each month. They will be followed by Repossession Motions Court, not before 12:15pm on the said fourth Monday of each month.
2. Civil Motions will now be listed and heard on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10am.
3. Repossessions already listed for Tuesdays will be heard on the said dates
