The GSBA has been requested to compile (and circulate to GSBA Members) a list of practitioners who offer services to clients in relation to matters arising under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and the creation of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Would any member who wishes to be included on this list, please revert with their contact details, indicating whether they are willing to accept instructions in the following:

1. Co-Decision-Making Agreements; and/or
2. Assisted Decision-Making Applications to Court in respect of Relevant Persons and Related Matters; and/or
3. The Creation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and related matters.
