Legal Aid Board is providing Training to Practitioners on Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015

Dear Colleagues,

The Legal Aid Board has arranged a series of training events which deal with matters relevant to the operation of the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015.

These generally take place on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Thursdays at 1:10pm.

These events are taking place on the Zoom platform and GSBA members are invited to attend any of these training events. They are open, not only to staff of the Legal Aid Board, but to private practitioners and barristers.
