Galway Circuit Crime call over

Dear Colleagues,

Please see attached Galway Circuit Criminal list for the 20th July 2021. As you can see there are 186 cases listed awaiting a date. As such, for the next date, the Court Office has asked that you contact them with an estimate time for hearing should a jury be required. Please also indicate any other relevant matters such as witnesses living abroad, civilian witnesses etc.

The Court Office are hoping to compile a list to remove the necessity for everyone to appear in Court on the next date.
