Dear Colleagues

Please see attached document which sets out how Galway Circuit Court will operate for the month of January at least. Matters will be reviewed during the last week of January.

All family and civil rulings/applications will take place virtually. Rulings on consent or urgent applications only will be entertained. See details in document attached.

Criminal applications will take place in person with strict physical distancing/person limits/mask wearing rules in place. People should not attend at the Courthouse at all unless absolutely necessary.
