Please find attached lists related to DCA for the week 16th , 18th and 19th March
Please note that the list will be formally called over on each of the days and adjourned to the next DCA week which is the week of 2/6/21
Subject to receiving a specific indication that they wish to have an appeal on severity listed or to withdraw an appeal from your members, they can otherwise take it that the list of appeals will be adjourned as follows;
16/3 into 2/6/21
18/3 into 3/6/21
19/3 into 4/6/21
If your clients are in custody on these or other charges, please advise the Court Office and they can set up a videolink appearance for them on 16/18/19 March.
