Please see the below notice from the Circuit Court office regarding the List to Fix dates on the 26th March 2021.

Afternoon,
Please note that the the list to fix dates on 26th March has been adjourned to the July 20th list.
All cases in For Mention and List to Fix Dates will automatically be moved to July.
If there is any case that can be progressed on March 26th please let us know and we will keep it on the list.
All cases listed for anything other than those categories mentioned above will stay on the list.
Cases with Defts in Custody on these charges will remain on the list and be dealt with by way of Videolink.
Please tell your relevant interested parties.
I will  update the list for the website with the current March 26th group, all 124 of them, tomorrow.
We will add a note to say it Number 3-124  or whatever the numbers are, have been adjourned to July
