Civil List – Week of 28th February 2022

Dear Colleagues,

Civil list for next week in Galway is cancelled due to a lack of a Judge to hear the list. Judge O’Callaghan intends to call over the civil list each morning, just after the criminal list for the day and he will take any rulings or consents. He also plans to take any very urgent matters, where possible around the ongoing criminal work. You are requested to notify the Circuit Court office in advance, if you intend to make the case that your civil matter is urgent. The Judge has indicated that he will not see practitioners stuck, if at all possible.
