Please see below notice from the Court Office re the Criminal call over on the 20th July 2021.

On 20th July the plan is:

10:30 Call the regular sentencing list and deal with sentencing and standard matters.

12:15 Relevant parties discuss cases and dates with Judge in the normal way.

14:00 Judge announces dates assigned for hearings, I would recommend only Solicitors attend and there is a Pexip set up for anyone that wants to remote in rather than attend in person. Details also attached.
           
        Solicitors can bring away the pink sheets for barristers to sign and return to us.

We will issue the spreadsheet to Sols after callover to make sure everyone is aware of the dates assigned.
Defts are not required to attend for callover unless progress is being made on the day and if so please let the office know before hand to have the file at hand.
