Circuit Court Criminal – List to Fix dates 24 July 2023

Dear Colleagues,

The criminal list to fix dates is on the 24th July at Galway Circuit Court. The Court will only have files in court for those in custody or being arraigned. Other than that, the court will be operating from the list. If specific files on the list are required to be in court, the court office needs to know by the 18 July due to the volume of files.

Should anyone wish to have a case that is not on the list mentioned at the court, the court office also need to know by the 18th July.

Please email to galwaycrime@courts.ie by the 18th July so that the files are ready to go to court.

It will not be possible to facilitate any further requests to list files after the 18th July.
