Changes to Circuit Court this month

Dear Colleagues,

Please note that there is no sitting of Galway Circuit Court on the 18th November 2022.

Criminal cases listed for mention that date are now moved to the 17th November 2022.

Jury Cases for 18th November will be mentioned on 17th with a view to being remanded to Monday 21st to empanel juries, with jurors in at 11:15.

Civil matters that were listed for the 18th are now listed at the civil call-over on the 30th November

The  Criminal cases listed to fix dates on the 25th November are now listed for 2pm to allow for jury selection that morning
