Urgent notice re pension adjustment orders hearings at Galway Circuit Court

Dear Colleagues, please see the urgent notice regarding the upcoming PAO hearings.

I am writing in relation to the upcoming Pension Adjustment Order hearings on Friday before Her Honour Judge Karen Fergus. Would it be possible to pass on a message to your colleagues in the GSBA to ensure that when ruling pension adjustment orders that they hand in 5 copies to the Court on Friday. Also, please ensure that the correct date and Judge’s name are reflected on the Order. This should reduce the waiting time to receive the perfected Orders.
