Pension Adjustment Order List

Dear all,

I have been asked by the Courts Service to circulate the following memo regarding tomorrows Pension Adjustment Order List.

Tomorrow’s list in Court 3 is a pension adjustment order ruling list. Could all parties please have 5 copies of each pension adjustment order to hand into court. Please ensure that the title of the case is correct and matches the civil bill. Also, the date of court and the Judges name should be present on the front page of each order. His Honour Judge Eugene O’Kelly will be taking this list and it will commence at 10:00am. It is hoped that this will expedite the return of perfected orders.
